Description:The Allen-Bradley 1768-L43S​ is a Compact GuardLogix 5370 series​ controller that integrates standard control and Safety-rated control​ (up to SIL 3 / PLe) in a single compact platform. It features 2.0 MB standard memory​ and 0.5 MB safety memory, supporting a mix of local 1769 I/O and network communications for mid-range safety applications.

If a safety breach is detected, its dual-core architecture triggers a certified safe stop within the same chassis, eliminating the latency and wiring complexity of external safety relays.
