In a high-precision laser cutting machine, the cutting head must move with extreme speed and accuracy along complex 3D paths. This is achieved by a multi-axis servo system where each axis must respond with microsecond precision. The main drive cabinet houses several compact but powerful SINFINION drive modules, each centered on an ABB SINT4610C​ main circuit board.
