Ensure Continuous I/O Power with the ABB SDCS-POW-1 Supply Card

In a chemical processing plant’s safety-instrumented system (SIS), an ABB S800L I/O station is responsible for reading critical signals from emergency shutdown valves and flame detectors. A power fluctuation or failure in this station could lead to a loss of process view or, worse, a failure to execute a safety command.
