Kawasaki BX200L and RS series robots(including models 50999-2145R10)are used in glass production to achieve automatic grasping,stacking,and inspection.The system is equipped with visual edge searching and K-VFinder/K-VAssist software,with a capture cycle of 7.5 seconds per piece and a yield rate of over 99.9%,replacing manual operation to reduce the loss rate to zero.
Through 3D image recognition,locator,and safety monitoring system,Kawasaki robots(including models 50999-2145R10)have completed the automated production of aviation pallet nuts,with a repeat positioning accuracy of 0.1mm,supporting the processing of multiple types of parts,reducing manual intervention,and improving safety collaboration.
