1. Signal Isolation and Conversion
The MTL5514D controls two safe-area relay outputs using one switch or proximity switch in the hazardous area, achieving signal isolation between the hazardous and safe areas. 2. Line Fault Detection (LFD)
The module is equipped with an independent line fault detection function, which can be enabled via a switch on the side of the module. When an input line fault is detected, the line fault relay de-energizes, and the channel output relay also de-energizes. The detection mechanism includes open-circuit alarm (opens when current <50μA, closes when >250μA) and short-circuit alarm (opens when resistance <100Ω, closes when >360Ω).
3. Inversion Function
A phase selection switch is provided, allowing users to select the phase of the output signal according to actual application requirements, enabling flexible signal logic configuration.
4. Status Indication
